Serious cases can lead to prison, according to Sky News.<\/p>\n<p>The police said the driver was docked three points from their license and ordered to pay a \u00a3120 fine and a \u00a348 victim surcharge.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Police told The Sun that the incident took place on May 12 last year, at around 6.08pm in Borehamwood.<\/p>\n<p>They added that the driver \u201crecently attended court\u201d where they were given the penalty.<\/p>\n<p>The police said on social media: \u201cWhile this clip may have made you laugh (or gasp!), there&#8217;s a serious side.
